Good for short stay.
Price. Rooms comfortable and not cramped. Good-sized bathroom/shower/wet-room. Good breakfast. Evening meal not expensive, excellent salad, mains simple and regional but very well prepared.
Corridors very long - like a cruise ship. Bathroom/wet-room floors very slippery when wet - surface not textured for grip.

It’s a nice place to stay for a couple of nights or when you’re stopping by with the car for one night.

The floor could have been more clean and one waiter was unfriendly.

real Oasi
located on the sweet hills surronding the town of Garda ( by 20 minutes walk you get downtown ). very quiet place. fantastic park feat. a "right" swimming pool. king size room. decent breakfast. good value for your money.
no black spots. maybe a bit 70es "vintage" look . just a suggestion to the important owner Chincherini = with what You earn, it could give a coat of paint to the wooden windows, to the guard rail of the external terrace... and maybe change the unpresentable plastic chairs/table (on the terrace)... if you really can't afford it, at least decorate them with chair cushions/tablecloth ... the combi (2 cushions+ 80x80cm tablecloth) at Lidl costs 4 Euros...

Not impress
The young and the older waiter at the bar and the receptionists were incredible. The pool and terrasse.
The waiters at breakfast they even closed the lights on us. Poor service no help and rude. The bed was awful, they put a plank of plywood between the mattresses.
